ELECT USAGE:

Electric Usage.  Per kilowatt-hour (kwh) charge based on monthly readings.

ELECT METER CHARGE:

Electric Customer Charge.  Set monthly fee based on customer type.

ELECT PUBLIC BNFTR:

Public Benefit – Residential.  Per kilowatt-hour (kwh) charge based on monthly readings.  Required by the state to collect monies for the commitment to community programs. 

ELECT PCAC:

Power Cost Adjustment Clause (PCAC).  Per kilowatt-hour (kwh) charge based on monthly readings.  State required calculation each month based on the cost of power supplied to the utility itself over the cost of power sold to utility customers. 

ELECT SALES TAX:

State Sales Tax (5.5%).  Charged from May to October. 

ELECT PENALTIES:

Penalty charge for late payments (i.e., 3% of monthly past due balance or $0.50 min.).

WATER USAGE:

Water Usage.  Per 1,000 gallon charge based on monthly readings.

WATER SERVICE CHARGE:

Water Service Charge.  Set monthly fee based on the size of your water meter.

WATER FIRE PROTECT:

Public Fire Protection.  Set monthly fee for public fire protection services provided to the Village.

WATER PENALTIES:

Penalty charge for late payments (i.e., 3% of monthly past due balance or $0.50 min.).

SEWER USAGE:

Sewer Usage.  Per 1,000 gallon charge based on monthly readings.

SEWER DEBT SERVICE:

Sewer Debt Service.  Set monthly fee to recover debt for the sewer plant, based on the size of your water meter.

SEWER SERVICE CHARGE:

Sewer Service Charge.  Set monthly fee based on the size of your water meter.

SEWER PENALTIES:

Penalty charge for late payments (i.e., 3% of monthly past due balance or $0.50 min.).

STORM WATER BASE:

Storm Service Charge based on administration costs associated with the storm water utility.  Set monthly fee based on the permeable area of your lot.  All residential properties charged 1 ERU.

STORM WATER O&M DEBT:

Storm Service Charge based on operation & maintenance costs and debt payments associated with the storm water utility.  Set monthly fee based on the permeable area of your lot.  All residential properties charged 1 ERU.

STORM PENALTIES:

Penalty charge for late payments (i.e., 3% of monthly past due balance or $0.50 min.).
