What if I am already signed up for AUTOPAY with the utility?
AUTOPAY and Online Bill-Pay are two separate functions. If
you are currently participating in AUTOPAY and wish to switch to
Online Bill-Pay, please contact the utility office to deactivate
your AUTOPAY before you start paying your bills online so that dual
payments are not deducted from your checking account.
What if I already pay my bills through my bank or other online
payment institution?
You can continue to pay your bills through your bank or other
online payment institution. In the past, the utility, received
a paper check for any payments you made on-line. Now the
utility gets an electronic transfer of funds directly to their
checking account. Thus, you are still helping save on paper
and postage.
