Electric and water meters are manually read around the 20th
of each month. Bills are sent via mail the last week of each month and are due
on the 20th of the following month (i.e., if the 20th falls
on a weekend or a holiday, bills are then due the following business day after
the 20th). The bill due date is always printed on your utility bill.
